我的研究兴趣是了解复杂系统是如何工作的,致力于解释复杂系统行为,如涌现、自组织、混沌、临界现象、相变、鲁棒稳定等,以及如何建立、控制和优化更加可靠和高效的工程复杂系统,主要研究目标是为如无人系统集群、智能交通系统、智能电网、无线传感器网络等,甚至是社交或生医网络,建立基于动力学或统计物理的模型,利用控制理论,优化理论,博弈论,机器学习等多学科的方法,专注于这些由大量分布的动态组件组成的复杂系统的机制设计和优化控制,即使在随机、受攻击和动态环境中,也具有可靠性并保证性能。在理论研究之外,期望通过设计物理系统,验证所提出的机制、算法,并利用数据驱动控制方法解决单个模型的不确定性问题,同时寻求无人系统伺服控制的嵌入式智能化解决方案。 |

My research interests lie in understanding how complex systems work, and I am committed to explaining the behaviors of complex systems, such as emergence, self-organization, chaos, critical phenomena, phase transitions, robustness and stability, etc. I also focus on how to establish, control and optimize more reliable and efficient engineering complex systems. The main research objective is to build models based on dynamics or statistical physics for complex systems like unmanned system swarms, intelligent transportation systems, smart grids, wireless sensor networks, and even social or biomedical networks. By using multi-disciplinary methods including control theory, optimization theory, game theory, and machine learning, I concentrate on the mechanism design and optimal control of these complex systems composed of a large number of distributed dynamic components. These systems are expected to maintain reliability and ensure performance even in random, attacked and dynamic environments. In addition to theoretical research, I hope to verify the proposed mechanisms and algorithms by designing physical systems, and solve the uncertainty problems of individual models by using data-driven control methods. Meanwhile, I will seek embedded intelligent solutions for the servo control of unmanned systems. |
